Jo has been a chef with us for over five years. She started as a chef de partie and ran her section with passion and drive, always wanting to learn and do more. Jo has now stepped up into the sous position and has totally embraced her new role, bringing new energy and ideas to the team.
Her favourite food to cook with is fresh sustainable fish and she loves creating exciting sauces with fresh ingredients to compliment the fish and give it a little zing.
The thing Jo loves most about food is cooking from scratch and creating dishes with flare and creativity using fresh, seasonal ingredients from local suppliers.
Outside of work she loves music festivals, playing the drums and acoustic guitar, snowboarding and keeping fit.
