Raised by a chef mother and with a love of food herself Marcia was naturally drawn into the world of catering.
Marcia started working as a self-employed event caterer and then moved into various other catering roles. She’s adaptable, has a fearless work ethic and came to FoodSpace as a general assistant, having now worked her way up to her current position of assistant manager.
With her team spirit and a relentless energy to delivering the best service for our customers, she has been a key player in raising standards at site level.
In her spare time Marcia is a member of her local church and also organises the odd wedding or two. She’s a keen home cook and a little evangelical about anything she can jerk or BBQ. Although Marcia has vertigo she still managed to bungee jump off Chelsea Bridge in aid of Cancer Research.
