Patricia joined FoodSpace after an extensive and varied career across numerous locations in Ireland. Since joining us she has effortlessly progressed from Evening Chef to Breakfast Chef to Sous Chef in a short space of time.
Specialising in quality baked goods, Patricia’s flair and passion is obvious to all and permeates through to the high class hospitality service she manages.
Patricia’s experience and knowledge of all service courses and types makes her a great coach and mentor to both newly qualified and training chefs. And she is always on hand to lend support, give advice and motivate people.
